Return and Replacement
Right of withdrawal from purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt:
1. The period in which you can return goods is 14 days from the date of receipt.
2. Return of items is at your expense, excluding a manufacturing defect/advertising.
3. Goods returned without an attached return form are not processed and no amounts are refunded.
4. A mandatory condition for returning the goods is not prana or used. It is allowed not to be folded and equipped in its original form.
5. In case of non-fulfillment of these conditions, the store reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and therefore not to pay the costs incurred upon their purchase by the customer.
6. Goods purchased from the e-shop dilios.bg may not be returned to a physical store.
7. The amount for returned goods shall be refunded only by bank transfer within 14 days after receiving it.
8. No sent goods with cash on delivery are accepted. Such shipments will be refused and returned to the sender.
9. No goods are accepted sent with a different courier company from Speedy. Such shipments will be refused and returned to the sender.
10. The return of goods is carried out in an office selected by you ONLY ONLY of the courier company Speedy.
11. DILIOS does not replace items. You can place a new order.
Returns:
1. All goods that:
have a manufacturing defect
– discrepancy in the ordered and sent size
Wrong right or product
IMPORTANT: Images (static/dynamic images, multimedia presentations, etc.) presenting the products and items in the DILIOS online store, reflect as accurately as possible their colors and fabric. DILIOS is not responsible for inaccurate color reproduction as a result of individual settings and technical parameters of monitors, displays, computer systems and technical devices used to access the online store. DILIOS is also not responsible for differences within the permissible range of the color with which the goods are presented in the photo in the online store and that of the order delivered by the customer, as well as for a difference in the shade of color of the same goods produced at different periods of time or from different batches. The Customer has no right to seek any liability of the Seller for such inconsistencies.
2. All orders are sent with an option of review and in case of a discrepancy, the customer may cancel the order at the time of receipt.
3. In the case of a production defect or inconsistency in the ordered amount, the customer has the right to withdraw from the order (at 14 days) or to request a replacement as the delivery costs are at the expense of the store.
4. When submitting a claim, the user must also apply the documents on which the claim is based (return form and invoice).
5. It is a mandatory condition that the goods are in the initial commercial form and not to be used.
6. In case of non-fulfillment of these conditions, the store reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and therefore not to pay the costs incurred upon their purchase by the customer.
7. Goods for which the customer has been previously alerted to non-conformity, as well as goods for which the conditions of operation indicated on the packaging by the manufacturer are not subject to claims.
8. There is no right to claim a person who is a third party when receiving the shipment and is not the main payer on it. In case of established production defect or non-compliance with the product/dessence, the main guarantor/payer has the right to claim.
