Objective: compliance with the employment contract and the requirements of the labor, social security and tax legislation, payment of salaries, remuneration, benefits;

Reason for processing: Execution of a legal obligation: Labour Code; Social Security Code; Health Insurance Act; Law on Income Taxes of Natural Persons, Ordinance on Medical Expertise, Ordinance on Establishment, Investigation, Registration and Accountancy of Occupations. Execution of a contractual obligation: Labour contracts with staff. Consent of the entity – for payment of remuneration and compensation by bank transfer;
