Delivery

The ordered goods are delivered expressly to any point in Bulgaria with courier company SPIDI.

The price of the delivery has a fixed value – 7.98 BGN. It is not affected by the weight and volume of the delivered goods, as is irrelevant, whether the goods will be next to an office of the courier company or to your address. The delivery fee is automatically generated when shaping the online order.

With wholesale orders, the delivery is negotiable!

Delivery time:

– 1 / 2 working days within the city of Sofia when ordering it is made during official working days. Order made on weekends or holidays is sent on the first working day.
– 2 / 3 working days for the territory of the country when ordering made during official business days. Order made on weekends or holidays is sent on the first working day.

Each shipment is delivered with the option “View before payment”.

No confirmation of the order is required by a DILIOS employee. You will receive a notice of parcel from a courier of SPIDie.

Dilios does not merge or edit orders. They are processed and sent, only in the form released by the customer.

Payment methods

– Payment in delivery with cash on delivery by postal money transfer (PPA) – in cash or by card.

Upon payment upon delivery, a cash on delivery service is used by postal money transfer (PPL). The customer pays the final price of the courier’s order and receives a receipt for the payment made by the respective courier company, as a licensed postal operator for making postal money transfers within the meaning of the Postal Services Act. The receipt from the courier replaces the receipt to the invoice.
